Coal Minister Pralhad Joshi has said that at present 72.50 million tonnes of coal is available at different sources of Coal India Limited, Singareni Colleries Company Limited and coal washeries. In a tweet, Mr Joshi said, over 22 million tonnes of coal is available with Thermal Power Plants. He said, there is sufficient coal is available in the country.<br />''<br />''The total coal production during 2021-22 has touched over 777 million tonnes compared to 716 million tonnes during 2020-21, recording a growth of 8.55 percent.
