Compressed Natural Gas,CNG will become cheaper by 1 rupee and 40 paise per kilogram in Delhi and 1 rupee and 60 paise in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad from midnight tonight. <br/><br/>Now, the consumer will have to pay 35 rupees 45 paise per kilogram in Delhi and 40 rupees 60 paise in its adjoining areas for CNG.<br/><br/>The IGL has also reduced the price of Piped Natural Gas(PNG) by 1 rupee per Standard Cubic Meter, SCM in Delhi and one rupee 15 paise in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. In Delhi, it will cost 23 rupees per SCM and 24 rupees 35 paise in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. <br/><br/>The company said, the reduction in retail prices of CNG and PNG has been effected following reduction in prices of domestically produced natural gas by the government.<br/><br/>With the objective to boost CNG refueling during non-peak hours, a discount of 1.50 rupees per kg will continue between 12 midnight to 5 AM at select outlets.
