Chief Ministers' Committee on demonetization today submitted its interim report to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi. The committee headed by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was constituted to prepare a roadmap for transition to digital economy.<br/><br/> Before submitting its report to Mr. Modi, the panel had a meeting with its members in NITI Aayog. <br/><br/>Yesterday, Mr. Naidu had said it will be an interim report, and after studying it and based on the suggestions, the panel will later submit a final report. <br/>'<br/>The Centre had constituted a 13-member Committee of Chief Ministers to promote digital payment systems and financial inclusion. Chief Ministers of Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Sikkim, Puducherry and Maharashtra are members of the committee along with NITI Aayog Vice-Chairman and CEO. <br/><br/><br/>
