He said, the workers should be allowed to board the local trains only after they produce their identity cards.<br />''<br />''Expressing his views during the video conferencing with Prime Minister Modi, Mr Thackeray said that proper care should be taken while transporting the migrant labourers or else the contagion can spread across the country.
