CM Soren says Central Govt's new instructions regarding exemption in lockdown not to be applicable in Jharkhand

<span style="color: #222222;">Chief Minister Hemant Soren in a press statement has cleared that the new instructions given by the Central Government regarding exemption in lockdown in areas falling under Green and Orange zones will not be applicable in Jharkhand at present. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Soren said that as a precaution, the lockdown will remain in force in the entire Jharkhand state for the next two weeks till May 17. Out of 24 districts of Jharkhand, Ranchi district has been kept under Red Zone, while 9 districts are under Orange Zone and 14 districts under Green zone as per the list issued by Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Taking a precautionary measure, Mr Soren mentioned that many stranded labourers, migrants, students and other people native to the state are returning to their homes from different states, which are severely hit with Coronavirus infection. Keeping in mind the health of our denizens, it is necessary to follow Lockdown orders in the entire state to protect the health of the unaffected people of the state.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Chief Minister Mr. Hemant Soren also said that arrangements have been made for registration of migrant laborers to return to Jharkhand. The government is making every effort to bring back its stranded people stuck in various parts of the country. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In a bid to ensure the return of each and every stranded person of the state, the state government has enabled Jharkhand Travel Registration Form for migrant laborers and others.
