In Jharkhand, Chief Minister Hemant Soren has requested Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh to take a quick review upon signing of the draft agreement between the State Government and Border Road Organization, (BRO) at the earliest for hiring labourers from the state for construction of border-roads.<br />'' <br />'' Chief Minister Hemant Soren has given permission to BRO to recruit over 11,800 workers from the state for critical projects, including areas near China border in Ladakh, after a written assurance about their welfare was provided to the state government. <br />
