<span style="color: #222222;">Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Hemant Soren in the wake of the recent Auraiya accident that took place early morning today has directed all the district authorities and state police officials in Jharkhand to stop transportation of migrant labourers through trucks and road-way vehicles immediately. Mr Soren said that the state government is taking all measures to bring back it stranded labourers stuck in different parts of the country.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Soren also said that the nodal officers authorised for each state have been directed to streamline and speed up the process of bringing back the migrants to their homes. He informed the media that the state government has given nod to 110 trains for bringing back migrants of Jharkhand from other states, while an intimation letter has been written to administration of Andaman and Nicobar Islands by Chief Secretary Sukhdev Singh to arrange for domestic flights for bringing back over 300 labourers from the island Union Territory.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On extension of lockdown in Jharkhand, Mr Soren said that the state government will only decide after the instructions have been given by the central government in this regard. He also said that presently the state government is completely focussing upon the return of migrant workers and providing employment opportunities under MGNREGA.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, the number of Corona positive cases in Jharkhand has gone up to 215 till this morning according to state government data. Positive cases have been reported amongst migrant labourers from Palamu, Hazaribagh, Giridih and Koderma districts are on the rise.</span><br />''
