Closing Ceremony ends Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang

After two weeks of athleticism and national pride, the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea, are drawing to a close in spectacular fashion with a brilliant closing ceremony.  

As per latest available reports,  Norway topped the medal tally with 14 Gold, 14 Silver and Eleven Bronze medals. Germany were second with 14 Gold, 10 Silver and Seven Bronze. 

Canada followed next in the third place with a tally of Eleven Gold, Eight Silver and Ten Bronze.  The United States were in fourth spot with a haul of nine Gold, eight Silver and six Bronze.

Meanwhile, Russia has been denied the opportunity to march under their own flag in the closing ceremony after the IOC ruled that doping violations in PyeongChang had marred their report card.
