Minister of State for Commerce, Industry & Textiles Dr. D Purandeswari has said that bilateral trade between India and Sri Lanka can grow faster with closer public-private partnership.Dr. Purandeswari, who is heading an Indian trade delegation to Sri Lanka, said that the problems faced by exporters should be addressed quickly to achieve the target of 10 billion dollar bilateral trade by 2015.Sri Lanka's Minister of Industry and Commerce, Mr Rishad Bathiyutheen noted that bilateral trade between India and Sri Lanka has grown i 2012 with Sri Lankan exports rising by 12 percent.
