In Uttarakhand, clear weather conditions at most of places in the State have provided the much-desired respite from rain. Due to favourable weather conditions, some national highways have been re-opened for light vehicles in Kumaon Division. Weatherman predicts, light to moderate rain may occur at a few places in the State in the next 24 hours.
