Speaking on the occasion, Mr Prasad said, cleanliness is the commitment and a mission for the government. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, efforts are being made to clean the entire country and a record number of toilets have been constructed in the rural and urban areas of the country.</span><br />
