In Syria, nine people, including seven government soldiers, have been killed in fighting near capital Damascus despite a fragile nationwide truce. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said, fighting is continuing in Wadi Barada today, a rebel-held district that is home to the capital's main water source. Water supplies from Wadi Barada have been cut since 22nd of last month. The Government and the rebels have traded accusations of responsibility.
