Current incumbent Chief Justice of India J S Khehar has named Justice Dipak Misra as his successor. <br/><br/>The law minster writes to the CJI seeking his recommendation on who should succeed him. According to news agency PTI, now, the CJI has replied, recommending the name of Justice Dipak Misra. Justice Khehar is to retire on 27th of next month.<br/>
