Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra has favoured institutional arbitration. Addressing a function in New Delhi Saturday morning, Mr Misra said, if India has to become the hub of arbitration, institutional arbitration has to be given primacy. <br/><br/>He said, India has to grow its own arbitration system and a shift has to be made towards institutional arbitration. <br/><br/>The Chief Justice said, less interference and maximum realisation must come into play and arbitration must become cost effective.
