The Director of the National Maritime Foundation, Commodore Uday Bhaskar has said that India needs to pro-actively engage with Afghanistan, Pakistan and China to meet the enormous security challenges that its turbulent neighborhood poses. Addressing a select audience at the India Embassy in Abu Dhabi he said that despite the current instability in Pakistan, it would be in India's long term interest to vigorously pursue a civil-society dialogue with Islamabad. <br/>
