Civil nuclear cooperation, bilateral trade will be high on the agenda during India Russia talks in New Delhi today . Visiting Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin will co-chair with External Affairs Minister S M Krishna the Indo-Russian Inter-Governmental Commission (IRIGC). Russian Deputy Prime Minister is accompanied by a high-level delegation which includes Director of Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation.

Apart from holding talks with Krishna, the visiting dignitary will call on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and meet Defence Minister A K Antony and the Commerce and Industry Minister Anand Sharma.
