Civil Aviation Ministry has taken cognizance of the incident in a Jet Airways flight in which some passengers suffered nasal bleeding due to failure to maintain cabin pressure. <br />''<br />''<br />''The flight was going from Mumbai to Jaipur and following the incident, it was turned back midway. In a tweet, the Ministry said, it has asked Directorate General of Civil Aviation to file its report immediately in this regard. <br />''<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The Ministry informed that out of 166 people on board, 30 were affected and have been given treatment. Meanwhile, DGCA said the crew has been taken off duty and the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau has started investigation.</span><br />
