Churchill Brothers and Dempo Sports Club have moved to the semi finals of the Durand Football Cup. Title contenders Dempo Sports Club prevailed over a spirited Army by a solitary goal to set up a semifinal clash with Indian League champions Churchill Brothers. Churchill Brothers reached in the semi finals despite being held to a 1-1 draw with Assam rifles in their quarter final league match at the Ambedkar Stadium on Thursday. On Friday, East Bengal will take on Mahindra United and Mohan Bagan will clash with JCT Phagwara in their quarter final matches.
