There have been Church services in Haiti to commemorate the first anniversary of the devastating earthquake that wiped out a quarter of a million lives. Traffic in the normally bustling streets in the capital Port au Prince came to a standstill. People dressed in white, the traditional colour of mourning in Haiti congregated at the remains of the nation's main Cathedral which was destroyed in the quake. One year on, eight hundred thousand people are still living in makeshift camps.
