Patna office of Reserve Bank of India is dispatching currency notes to chests located in different parts of Bihar and Jharkhand by helicopter so that the currency can be distributed to banks easily.Sources said, RBI, Patna, which caters to both Bihar and Jharkhand, has pressed into service two helicopters for the purpose. Meanwhile, Bihar government has stepped up security in and around different banks and ATMs throughout the state.
