In Andhra Pradesh, Praja Rajyam President and cine star Chiranjeevi resigned from State Assembly in support of the Unified state amidst protests in Rayalaseema and Coastal regions against the formation of separate Telangana. Reviewing the party’s earlier stand on Telangana, the PRP president announced in Hyderabad today that the party would unrelentingly work for keeping the state united. Elected from Tirupathi Assembly constituency, Chiranjeevi said, sensing the public opinion, his party has changed its earlier stand. He said PRP would focus on the developing Telangana region and he would tour all the regions of the state to inculcate awareness among the people. Meanwhile, Telugu Desam party is taking the Telangana issue to people and undertaking yatra from Tirupathi till Srikakulam.<br/><br/><br/>
