As biennial polls for Rajya Sabha are nearing, political parties have started working for tie ups with like minded parties. Praja Rajyam Party President Chiranjeevi has arrived in New Delhi from Hyderabad to meet Congress President Sonia Gandhi. Talking to news person today he gave ample hints of reaching an understanding with the Congress in the coming Rajya Sabha polls in Andhra Pradesh. The move could avert a contest.<br/> <br/>Praja Rajyam Party has 18 members in the 294-member Assembly. If it sticks to its decision to field it candidate, a contest will be thrust upon the Congress.
