Chiranjeevi meets Sonia in New Delhi<br/>As biennial polls for Rajya Sabha are nearing, political parties have started working for tie ups with like minded parties. <br/><br/>Praja Rajyam Party President Chiranjeevi today met Congress President Sonia Gandhi. He said the Congress Chief had asked him not to field his candidates to avert a contest in Andhra Pradesh.<br/><br/>The request came in the backdrop of open defiance of Y S Jaganmohan Reddy ahead of Rajya Sabha polls. Chranjeevi said he had assured her to get back after consulting his other party leaders.<br/> <br/>Praja Rajyam Party has 18 members in the 294-member Assembly. If it sticks to its decision to field it candidate, a contest will be thrust upon the Congress.
