The meeting between Dr Manmohan and his Chinese counterpart Wen Jiabao has ended in Hanoi. According to sources, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao is likely to visit India by the year end. The Commerce and Industry Minister Anand Sharma, the National Security Advisor Shiv Shankar Menon and Secretary East Ms. Lata Reddy have also participated in the meeting from Indian side. This is the first meeting at the top level after Defense exchanges were put on hold following the refusal of a proper visa to the Northern Army Commander Let Gen B S Jaswal, whose jurisdiction includes Jammu and Kashmir. The Prime Minister will attend the India -ASEAN Summit and East Asia Summit tomorrow and also hold talks with the Prime Ministers of Vietnam , Australia and Singapore..
