South Korea says computer hackers from China have access to personal information up to 35 million users in an attack on lnternet portal and blogging site. South Korea recently drew up plans to protect the country from hacking attacks after leading financial firms were targeted. A report from Seoul says names, e-mails, phone numbers and encrypted national ID numbers are also have been accessed by hackers. The Korea's Communication Commission said it believed the fall-out will be substantial and has advised users of the site to change their passwords to prevent further damage. It says an investigation has been launched.
