Chinese Communist party expels top official for corruption

In China, a former chief of Communist Party of China (CPC) in Hubei province has been expelled for corruption and inappropriate sexual relationships. <br/><br/>CPC's Discipline Inspection Commission of Hubei province today said that, Hu Xunbi, currently the chairman of Zhiyin Media Group (ZMG), is dismissed from the party for resistinginvestigation, buying gifts with public funds, taking bribes and inappropriate sexual relationships. <br/><br/>Xunbi was put under investigation in March for serious violation of Party discipline. Over a million officials of the party were punished in the anti-graft campaign initiated by Chinese President Xi Jinping.
