<span style="color: #222222;">Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu told foreign diplomats in a briefing on the Novel Corona virus outbreak yesterday that China will fulfill its international obligations and promptly address legitimate concerns of foreign citizens in China. <br />''<br />''As the virus has killed 106 persons and infected more than 4,600 worldwide, the State Department of United States has issued a level 4 Advisory for Wuhan, recommending people do not travel to Hubei Province and a level 3 warning for all of China, which means people should reconsider traveling to the country. The U S Government is also evacuating American citizens and diplomats from Wuhan. Other countries such as France and Japan are considering doing the same. World Health Organization re-evaluated the virus outbreak as very high in China, high at the regional level and high at the global level, but said that it does not necessarily mean an international health emergency should be declared.<br />''<br />''AIR correspondent reports that &nbsp;WHO Chief, in Beijing said, he is confident in China's handling of the outbreak of the Novel Corona virus. He is expected to meet with Chinese officials and health experts during his visit. Regarding evacuation of citizens by different countries, he said that WHO does not advocate such an act and wishes relevant parties would stay calm and not overreact. Meanwhile, Wuhan Mayor Zhou Xianwang has offered to resign when being asked about the sudden lockdown decision the local government made after the virus outbreak.</span><br />
