The 10th Foreign Ministers' meeting between China, Russia and India will be held in Wuhan, capital city of central Province Hubei Province from November 14 to 15. Making the announcement in Beijing today, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman said, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Indian External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna will attend the meeting at the invitation of their Chinese counterpart Yang Jiechi. The last round meeting was held in India in October last year.
