China has retained the top spot in the medals table of the London Olympics. At present, it has a haul of 30 Gold, 17 Silver and 14 Bronze. The United States is second with 28 Gold, 14 Silver and 18 Bronze. Hosts Great Britain is holding the third spot with a tally of 16 Gold, 11 Silver and 10 Bronze. Republic of Korea is fourth, while France occupy the fifth slot.India are placed joint 41st with 1 Silver and 2 Bronze medals.
