India's Saurav Ghosal today beat Colombia's Migual Rondrigez to reach the quarterfinals of China Open Squash tournament in Shanghai. Ghosal beat Rondrigez 3-2 in the pre-quarter final match. He will face 6th seeded Egypt's Karim Abdul Gawad in the quarterfinal. In Women's event India's Joshna Chinnapa could make it to the last eight beating her Egyptian counterpart. Chennapa will play with Laura Masaro of England in the quarterfinal. However, India's Dipika Pallikal crashed out of the tournament after she lost to Nuran Gauhar of Egypt.
