The Indo-Swiss pair of Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis has won the women's doubles title at the China Open Tennis tournament. In the final in Beijing on Saturday, the pair defeated the Chinese Taipei duo of Yung-Jan Chan and Hao-Ching Chan in three sets 6-7, 6-1, 10-8. For the Indo-Swiss pair it is their eighth title this season.
