The Minister of State for External Affairs Mr Shashi Tharoor has said that China is not a threat for India in any way. Speaking at a function in New Delhi on Saturday, Mr Tharoor said there is a need for creating better understanding between the two countries. The Minister said that though there are some border disputes between the two countries, diplomacy is the key towards solving these differences. He added that the economic cooperation between the two countries has never been disrupted and the two emerging economies have supported the world economy during the economic slowdown.<br/>Replying to a question later, the Minister said that India is in constant dialogue with neighbouring countries asking them to ensure that their territory is not used against India by terrorist organizations.<br/>
