China says, it doesn't have a policy to oppose India's claim for permanent seat in the UN Security Council. Leader of the visiting Chinese delegation Li Junru said in New Delhi that UN Security Council is important as there should be more representation from developing countries. He said Beijing welcomes more positive and active role from India in the UN. Li said China values its neighbour and views it as a partner. He also said faster growth of India is good for China as this decade cannot be of China without the growth of India.
