China is now battling disease threat after the last week mudslide which killed more than 1200 people. Wide spread disease has become the main threat to the survivors of mudslides in Gansu province as rescue workers continue to try to contain the disaster. Disinfectant is being sprayed widely throughout the disaster zone to stifle an outbreak of disease as summer temperatures soar. With 500 people still unaccounted for, the search is continuing round the clock.
