India today said that China has not shared hydrological data so far this year on Satluj and Brahamputra rivers. <br/><br/>External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said the data is required to be shared periodically between 15th May to 15 October every year. <br/>Asked about standoff between India and China over Doklam issue, Mr Kumar said diplomatic channels continue to engage with Beijing to find a solution. <br/><br/>The spokesperson also confirmed than an incident between Indian and Chinese troops took place at high altitude Pangong lake recently. He said, peace and tranquility should be maintained at India-China border in any case. <br/><br/>Asked about Prime Minister Narendra Modi visit to China to attend BRICS Summit in September, he said, there is a proper mechanism to announce PM's foreign visit and he has no information as of now. <br/><br/>On Japan supporting India on Doklam standoff, the spokesperson said, the interview given by the Japanese Ambassador speaks for itself. <br/><br/>On US designating Hizbul Mujahideen as Foreign Terrorist Group, Mr Kumar said this shows joint resolve by India and the US to fight terrorism.
