China and Germany have agreed to work together to address the global financial crisis. This has been decided at a meeting between Chinese President Hu Jintao and German President Horst Koehler in Beijing. The Chinese President said his country is willing to work with Germany to strengthen cooperation within the G-20 framework and push forward the process for the reform of international financial system. In his remarks, the German President said his country fully opposes all protectionist measures.
