In China, at least 17 miners were killed in an explosion at a coal mine in central China's Hunan Province on Sunday. The miners died after dynamite stored at the Shuguang Coal Mine in Rucheng County, blew up and released clouds of toxic gas. One person was also injured in the explosion. Police and work safety officials are investigating the cause of the blast.<br/>
