China has again lashed out at supporters of this year's Nobel Peace Prize winner, the jailed democracy activist Liu Xiaobo, a day before a ceremony honouring his award. A Chinese spokeswoman said a resolution by the US House of Representatives congratulating Mr Liu was arrogant and unreasonable.
