Chilly winds on a sunny day keeps mercury low in National Capital

Continuous chilly winds on a sunny day kept the mercury low in the National Capital today. Minimum temperature was recorded at 7.5 degrees celcius, two notches lower than yesterday. While Maximum temperature settled at 20.1 degrees celcius, a degree below normal. The Met department has predicted a mist with shallow fog in early morning hours with a clear sunny sky in the day tomorrow. However weathermen have said that icy winds will continue keeping the maximum and minimum temperatures around 21 and seven degrees celcius.
