Delhiites experienced a chilly morning today with mercury plummeting to the seasons lowest of 6.4 degree Celsius due to snowfall in upper reaches of Himachal Pradesh and the Kashmir valley. According to met office, today’s minimum is two degrees below normal for this time of the year. A thin layer of fog also engulfed the city skyline in the morning reducing the visibility to 1,000 metres. However, flight movement was not affected due to the fog. The Weatherman has predicted mist in the morning with maximum and minimum likely to hover around 21 and six degrees Celsius tomorrow.<br/>
