The national capital experienced chilly morning on Thursday with cold winds keeping the mercury slightly below normal. The minimum temperature on Thursday morning settled at 9.5 degrees, one notch below average. The maximum on Wednesday also declined marginally to settle at 22.8 degrees. The Met department predicts similar weather conditions in the coming days with mercury likely to oscillate between 24 and nine degrees today. Weatherman expects slight mist in the morning tomorrow with partly cloudy sky towards Thursday evening.
