A Pakistani man has been arrested in Chile after he tested positive for explosives as he went into the American embassy in the capital Santiago. Police say he was stopped at the Embassy on Monday when traces of explosives were detected on his hand, mobile phone, bag and ID. He is being held at High Security Prison under Anti Terrorism Laws but has not been charged.
