In Jammu and Kashmir, Shakar Chiktan Block area villages were still in inaccessible after the flash floods. According to reports, Kargil had suffered a demage of 55 crore rupees from the flash flood. Tingdoo and Wakha Wadoo roads are being cleared with the help of machines. Army has made arrangement of bus service up to Khalastae to clear the stranded passengers.
