The Chief Executive of Afghanistan, Dr Abdullah Abdullah will arrive in New Delhi tonight on a three-day visit to India. He was scheduled to arrive this afternoon but his flight was delayed due to rocket attack on Kabul's international airport. <br/><br/>Dr Abdullah will meet External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj tomorrow. The visiting dignitary will also call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Ram Nath Kovind.
