Home Minister P Chidambaram will visit quake-hit Sikkim on Thursday to take stock of the relief and rescue work there.Our correspondent reports, over 3,000 people were rescued in quake-hit areas of Sikkim by defence forces who worked hard to clear the debris of the collapsed structures and landslides.
