The Union Home Minister Mr. P. Chidambaram met the Jharkhand Governor M.O.H Farookh in Ranchi and took stock of the situation in view of the growing incidents of naxal attacks in different parts of the state. <br/> <br/>The Union Home Minister Mr. P. Mr Chidambaram was also briefed by the senior officers about the developmental work in the Naxal affected areas of Jharkhand. <br/> <br/>Earlier, Mr. Ranjan Chatterjee of Planning Commission of India held a meeting at Ranchi in which all the eleven District Magistrates of Naxal affected districts of Jharkhand were present.<br/>
