<br/>Home Minister P Chidambaram will today visit Dantewada in Chhattisgarh and review the situation after naxals carried out the deadliest attack and killed 76 CRPF personnel. Mr. Chidambaram, who left for Raipur this morning, is expected to meet Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh and other senior security officials. Yesterday's attack shook the Centre and Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh held a meeting with Home Minister P Chidambaram and assessed the situation. Both of them expressed shock over the attack and grief over the loss of lives.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, a massive search operation has been launched to nab the Maoists and all the inter-state borders of Chhattisgarh have been sealed. Police stations across the Naxal affected districts of the state have been put on high alert.<br/><br/>In a related development, all police stations and camps in West Bengal, especially in three Maoist-affected districts, were today put on high alert after the Naxal attack on security personnel in Chhattisgarh. The three Maoist-affected districts are West Midnapore, Bankura and Purulia. Chief Secretary Asok Mohan Chakraborty condemned the massacre and said it is barbaric, dastardly and shocking.<br/><br/>In Jharkhand, Political parties across the spectrum have urged the Shibu Soren government to take the Naxal attack in neighbouring Chhattisgarh seriously and step up anti-Maoist operations in the state. JMM spokesman Simond Marandi wondered why only 120 security personnel were sent to a Maoist stronghold like Dantewada.<br/><br/>
