Union Home Minister Mr. P. Chidambaram arrived at Ranchi on Thursday late night. Mr. Chidambram would hold talks with newly appointed Governor's advisors and top officers of Jharkhand on Friday, especially in light of increased Maoist threat. Jharkhand home secretary and the state DGP have prepared a report, in which it is shown that the naxals attacks have increased in the state.<br/> <br/>Meanwhile, the IG of Railway Protection Force (RPF) of South Eastern Railway Mr. A. K. Singh said that the state government is responsible for the safety of the track and the railway will not run trains in night in the 1300 KM long track under naxal affected areas of Jharkhand and West Bengal until 14th June, and even longer if the state governments fail to provide adequate safety of the track.<br/>
