Union Home Minister P Chidambaram, who is heading a Group of Ministers on Bhopal gas tragedy, will arrive in Bhopal today on a one day visit. Union minister for Law and Minority Affairs Salman Kurshid will accompany him. Both the ministers will visit super specialty hospital for the gas victims Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research centre. The state government is expected to update the Home Minister with the proposal by a German firm, which has come forward to airlift the toxic waste to that country for safe disposal.
