The Union Minister of Home Affairs Shri P. Chidambaram said that the eighteen security officers had made the supreme sacrifice and everybody know the sacrifice made in ones' daily life, but it is difficult to comprehend the magnitude of this supreme sacrifice. <br/><br/>He was speaking in a function in which he handed over five appointment letters of petroleum products dealerships to the families of the martyrs of Mumbai Terror attack organized in the honour of the martyrs. He further said that this small gesture will bring some comfort to those families.<br/><br/>Murli Deora, the Minister of Petroleum & Natural gas, Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion. Under a especial initiative for rehabilitation providing a recurring source of income to the families of Martyrs, the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas had decided to allot 18 dealerships of Petrol-Diesel, LPG and CNG to various families of the martyrs. Of these in one case the beneficiary has refused to take up the dealership.<br/>
